Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Victoria Karcher and Benjamin Schwarz have joined the Firm.
Karcher, who will be practicing out of the Wausau office, is a native of Wausau, graduation from D.C. Everest High School. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison, majoring in Legal Studies and Political Science. In 2011, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School graduating Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Karcher interned for the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb and clerked for a civil litigation firm in Appleton. Following law school, Vicotria worked as an associate for a Madison firm, practicing in the areas of personal injury and employment law.
Karcher has made the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list 2014-2018 and has also coached the D.C. Everest High School Mock Trial Team for the ast 3 years.
Schwarz has joined our Racine and Kenosha offices. He was raised in Lake Bluff, Il. and earned his bachelor’s degree from Edgewood College in Madison, majoring in Criminal Justice. In 2015, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
During law school he participated in numerous legal clinics including the Oxford Federal project, the Criminal Appeals Project and the Public Defender Project. He also volunteered for Madison’s Domestic Abuse INtervention Services and for the Wills for Heroes program. After interning at the Kenosha office of the State Public Defender during law school he started his career there. During his tenure, Ben gained extensive knowledge, including trial experience.
